John Hennequin is a photographer whose journey began in Paris…
He took his first steps there as an assistant, working on numerous sets experiences that refined his practice and sharpened his eye.

He later collaborated with Chanel, L’Oréal, Make Up For Ever and Marie Claire, encounters that strengthened his visual identity, always guided by sensitivity and authenticity.

After several years abroad in Los Angeles, Malta, and other places where he continued to explore his style while regularly returning to Paris, John eventually settled on Réunion Island.
Drawn to the clarity and texture of insular light, his work follows a subtle continuum in which the singular presence of each human being is revealed.

As he prepares for his upcoming exhibition, he echoes the inner light “which giveth light unto all that are in the house † ”, a discreet thread that inspires and guides his vision.
